Exchange & Refund Policy
Local Orders (Kuwait)
Customers in Kuwait may exchange or return purchases within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order, if:
- Items are in their original condition (as sold).
- Items have a manufacturing defect or an issue not evident at the time of purchase.
- Items are returned in their original branded packaging (box or bag) with tags intact.
- Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Products that lose their validity due to improper storage by the customer are not eligible for return/exchange for safety reasons.
- Personal-use products (those that come into direct contact with the body) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

GCC Orders
Refunds are only available for customers in Kuwait. To initiate a refund, email us at info@khanehstore.com.
The refund will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return.
International Orders
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders.
Refunds (if applicable) for local orders (Kuwait)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the timeframes below.
Refund Processing Time
Credit Card Payments: 10-12 business days.
Debit Card Payments: 4-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery: Same day once the item is collected from the customer.
Delivery Policy
Placing an Order
When a customer places an order on our website, they will receive a confirmation via text message or email. This includes the order number, order details, and estimated delivery time.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure their address details are complete and a reachable phone number is provided to avoid delays.
- Customers are responsible for delivery fees displayed during checkout. These may vary based on promotions or shipment size.
- Customers are responsible for additional customs duties, clearance charges, taxes, or VAT (if applicable) in their country.
- Delays caused by customs or clearance are beyond our control. Khaneh is not liable for such delays.
Delivery Timeframes
Within Kuwait: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 will be delivered the next day. Remote areas may take an extra day.
Deliveries are not available during public holidays.
To Gulf Countries: Delivery within 5–8 days.
International Orders: Delivery within 7–15 days.
