“Noor” means light in Persian, draws inspiration from intricate hand-embroidered mirrors that illuminate this statement cushion. It is crafted using a labor-intensive needlework technique where the entire surface is embroidered along the fabric’s weave, creating a distinctive beehive-like texture. Contrasting colors are then layered meticulously, filling every space until the fabric beneath disappears entirely. Crafted by a master artisan, each cushion takes approximately four weeks to complete.
